Article 1: The name of the non-governmental organization in question is “Mehre Soheila Charity Foundation,” which will hereafter be referred to as “the Foundation” for brevity in this charter.

Article 2: Nature of Activities: All activities of the Foundation are non-political, non-profit, and non-governmental. Its focus is on charity and philanthropic endeavors, conducted in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran and this charter. The services provided by the founders, members of the Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors, and their legal successors and representatives are honorary. The founders and capital owners have no right to withdraw or allocate any form of profit, whether in the form of dividends or capital gains, and neither they nor their immediate family members (first and second degree) are permitted to engage in any transactions with the Foundation. The Foundation is a legal entity, and its members have no right to engage in political activities or affiliations with political parties or groups under its name.

Article 9: The objectives of the Foundation are as follows:

A. General Objectives:
– To provide education, prevention, treatment, and support for cancer patients.

B. Methods of Achieving These Objectives:
1. Offering medical and psychiatric counseling to cancer patients and their families.
2. Providing material and emotional support to underprivileged cancer patients and their families.
3. Identifying, researching, and verifying the identities of needy and impoverished cancer patients (both male and female), and organizing and planning for their proper treatment.
4. Procuring necessary tools, equipment, and facilities to improve the comfort and well-being of cancer patients.
5. Offering counseling, assistance, and regular visits to patients, and transferring them to treatment centers when necessary for cancer prevention and treatment.
6. Providing financial and emotional aid to underprivileged patients and, when needed, covering their medical expenses.
7. Referring underprivileged patients to educational, medical, and specialized centers, and if necessary, arranging for cancer patients to be sent abroad for treatment in accordance with national laws.
8. Establishing connections with governmental and non-governmental organizations and promoting the goals and activities of the Foundation.
9. Developing plans and implementing proposals to secure funding for cancer patients.
10. Collaborating with academic, research, charitable, educational, medical, and university institutions in pursuit of the Foundation’s objectives.
11. Conducting educational programs to raise public awareness about cancer prevention for people of all ages, through seminars, classes, modern educational methods, and by establishing educational and applied learning centers with the approval of relevant authorities.
12. Designing and developing communication and information systems, including virtual websites, SMS systems, magazines, newsletters, bulletins, television advertisements, etc., solely to implement the Foundation’s policies and achieve its objectives, after obtaining the necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
13. Establishing, constructing, completing, renovating, and equipping medical, research, rehabilitation, and recreational centers for cancer patients, following the necessary permits.
