Admission
The Mehr Soheila Charity provides support to cancer patients within Alborz Province. To become a beneficiary and receive assistance, patients must meet the following criteria:

Be diagnosed with cancer.

Reside in Alborz Province, either permanently or temporarily.

Not have supplementary health insurance, or have reached the limit of their supplementary insurance coverage.

Have difficulty affording treatment expenses.
Admission Process
Access the Online Admission System
Fill out the initial registration form with personal information
Provide medical details, including cancer type, diagnosis date, and other relevant information
Upload medical documents such as test results, reports, MRI scans, etc
The charity’s medical team will review the submitted documents
Upon final approval, support services will begin
Documents Required for Admission

Membership in the Critical Illness Fund

Stamped household income statement from a local service office (by the head of the household)

Original national ID card

Health insurance booklet (Social Security or other; if unavailable, a printout of insurance history from an internet cafe)

Latest pathology, ultrasound, PET scan, and CT scan results (updated medical records are required)

Doctor’s certification

Lease agreement, property title deed, or tenancy contract

Income documentation (pay stubs)

Two 3×4 cm photos
Services Provided to Beneficiaries After Admission
– Financial assistance for medication and treatment
– Psychological counseling
– Medical and nutritional consultation
– Celebratory events and recreational trips
– Art and sports classes
– Workshops and educational sessions to increase cancer awareness
Note: Cancer patients who do not require financial assistance but seek educational and counseling services are also eligible for free support.
Important Notice
Patients who participate in workshops and educational sessions will receive priority for financial support if they later need it.
